Vertical Champions are the standards-keepers and evangelists of specific EPC sub-disciplines. We have 10 vertical slots: BESS, Offshore Wind, Hydrogen, District Heating, EV Charging, Smart Cities, Hydropower, Floating Solar, Building Integration, Data Centers. One Champion per vertical. Earnings: €18k/year retainer + 5% of all vertical revenue + 10% performance bonus over €500k threshold + 50% of vertical event net revenue.
